Werhi Rewinder ("the app") is provided by Werhi LTD ("we"). This policy explains what the app collects when a merchant installs it on a Shopify store, how it is used and how it is deleted.

What the app collects

• Catalog data: products, variants, prices, metafields, collections and their product order.
• Copies of product images, videos and 3D model files, and of files in Content → Files (Pro plan), so deleted media and files can be restored.
• Online store content: pages, blog posts (including the author name shown on the post), navigation menus, metaobjects and URL redirects.
• Inventory levels per location.
• Online store theme files.
• Which sales channels products and collections are published on.
• The store's contact email address, used as the default address for alerts (can be changed in the app).
• Alert settings the merchant enters, such as an email address or a Slack webhook URL.

The app does not access orders, customers or any personal data about a store's customers.

How it is used

Only to provide the app's features to the merchant who installed it: keeping backups and a change history, sending the alerts and summaries the merchant turns on, and restoring products, collections, online store content or theme files when the merchant asks. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Data is stored with our hosting, database and file storage providers, and alert emails are sent through an email delivery provider. These providers process data only on our behalf. [List providers and regions before publishing.]

How long it is kept

Change history is kept for the period included in the store's plan (7 days on Free, 365 days on Pro). The latest backup of each item is kept while the app is installed. When the app is uninstalled, Shopify notifies us and all of the store's data is deleted within 48 hours of that notice.

Your rights

Merchants can ask for a copy of their data or for its deletion at any time by contacting us. Because the app stores no customer personal data, customer data requests forwarded by Shopify have nothing to return.
